Payment Options
Pay Online
Pay Online with My Sanford Chart. My Sanford Chart users can sign in to see billing and account information, review statements and save payment information.
Pay online with Pay My Bill. Make a secure online payment with a credit/debit card or bank account—no My Sanford Chart account or sign in needed. Billing account number is required; this number can be found on the top right corner of your bill/statement.
Pay by Phone
Call (877) 629-2999 to speak with a customer service representative and pay by phone with credit/debit card or e-check. Our office hours are 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday.
Pay by Mail
Complete the information on the form found on the top of your billing statement.

If you are not able to pay the entire balance of your bill at one time, you may request to set up a payment plan by calling our Patient Financial Services department at (877) 629-2999. Our office hours are 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday.
