Sanford Health Neilson Place

Neilson Place in Bemidji, Minnesota, provides three long-term care neighborhoods and one subacute rehabilitation neighborhood to residents of Beltrami County and the surrounding area.

Each neighborhood provides resident-centered care and pays special attention to the nurturing of the human spirit and meeting the medical and physical needs of each resident. We customize our care plans for each resident based on what they need for long-term care, rehabilitation therapy, occupational therapy or another service. Our focus is directed towards helping everyone who stays with us so they can reach their highest possible level of independence.

Our facility is located near some notable local landmarks and natural features such as Lake Bemidji and the Mississippi Headwaters State Forest, making it a scenic, relaxing and engaging place to recover.
