Therapy with my clients involves down-to-earth conversations, where I listen carefully and respectfully to create a new pathway for patients to empower themselves and make changes, which will improve their lives. It is important to me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Working closely in psychotherapy with clients and improving the issues in their lives is very satisfying work.


Personal Interests

Dr. Anderson is married with three adult children, all of whom work in medical fields. She also has a therapy dog, Alice, who likes to meet people and visits hospice patients. In her spare time, she enjoys family time, biking, cross-country skiing, boating, reading, quilting, traveling and doing community service work.
