Idea of Care

Typically, pathologists don’t meet their patients despite the critical role they play in diagnosing diseases through their interpretation of biopsies and lab tests. However, as a transfusion medicine and apheresis specialist, I am lucky enough to get to develop relationships with my patients while providing their care.
